In June 2022, the City of Prince Rupert launched the planning and public engagement process for Connect Rupert - Transportation Plan. Connect Rupert is the name of the Transportation Plan that the City is developing. The plan, which will be developed through a five-phase process, will provide an opportunity for the City to take stock of all forms of transportation in Prince Rupert today, plan for the future, and strategically guide its growth today and over the long-term.
As the project shifts to the “Looking Forward” phase (see below), three reports (Project Backgrounder, Best Practice Review, and Engagement Round 1 Summary Report) developed as part of the “Current Context” phase can now be found on Rupert Talks Stay connected and keep up-to-date with this exciting project by checking out the Rupert Talks project page!
