Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3535, 2024 will be held on Wednesday, May 22nd at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 West 3rd Avenue, Prince Rupert, B.C.
Purpose: To make a series of amendments to the Zoning Bylaw to align with the City’s regulations with the Provincial Legislation regarding short-term rentals that will apply across the community.
Copies of the proposed Bylaw amendment can also be obtained on our website or the front desk of City Hall.
At the Public Hearing all persons who deem themselves affected by the zoning changes may present written submissions respecting the Application.
All submissions (mailed, or electronic) must be received by Rosamaria Miller, Director of Corporate & Legislative Services by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024.
