In accordance with Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Rupert proposes to add to the previous disposition of the property described below as lot 11 & 12, the Laneways described as a Portion of 2 Lanes Shown Dedicated on Section 5, Plan 923, District Lot 251, Range 5, Coast District, Plans EPP142596 and EPP142597. Subject properties previously disposed at the market price of $60,000 to the School District No.52.
The legal description of the subject property is as follows:
PIDs: 014-575-990 and 014-576-007, Lots 11 & 12, Block 40, Section 5, District Lot 251, Range 5, Coast District Plan 923.
The purpose of the sale was for the development of a middle school.
