Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to a Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3557 will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 West 3rd Avenue, Prince Rupert, B.C. 

Purpose: To rezone the subject properties from P1: Public Facilities Zone to C1: Core Commercial Zone. No development is been proposed with this application, and applicants intent to maintain the current use of property.

Copies of the proposed Bylaw amendment can also be obtained on our website or the front desk of City Hall. 

At the Public Hearing all persons who deem themselves affected by the zoning changes may present written submissions respecting the Application. 

All submissions (mailed, or electronic) must be received by  Rosamaria Miller, Director of Corporate & Legislative Services by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025.
