In accordance with Section 40 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince Rupert gives notice that it may consider Road Closure Bylaws Nos. 3555 & 3556, 2025 at the Regular Council Meeting on Monday, February 24 at 7:00 p.m.
The Highway Road Closure Bylaw No. 3555 proposes to close and remove the 278.361 square meter section of road dedication from the portion of dedicated Highway on Plan 923 identified on the map (below). The City intends to close that portion of highway to sell and consolidate it to a neighbouring lot.
The Highway Road Closure Bylaw No. 3556 proposes to close and remove the 434.625 square meter section of road dedication from the portion of dedicated Highway on Plan 923 identified on the map (below). The City intends to close that portion of highway to sell and consolidate it to a neighbouring lot.
The City of Prince Rupert invites anyone who considers themselves affected by the Road Closure Bylaws to submit written comments.
