In accordance with Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince Rupert gives notice that it proposes to dispose of the Site A, Site B and Site C properties described in the attached maps to Prince Rupert Legacy Inc. (the City’s wholly-owned Development Corporation) for $10.00, to enable the development of housing and support local revitalization efforts.
The properties proposed for transfer are illustrated in the maps in this advertisement, with full legal descriptions of the properties available below. Properties identified in the hatched areas of the maps are excluded from the transfer as they are not City-owned.
