Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to Zoning Amendment Bylaw 3448, 2019 will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.
Purpose: To amend the City of Prince Rupert Zoning Bylaw from R2 – Two Family
Residential Zone to RM2 – Multi Family Residential Zone on the lands described
Affected Lands: Lot 148 District Lot 1992 Range 5 Coast District Plan 8388

A copy of the Bylaw and relevant background documentation may be inspected at the City of Prince Rupert City Hall during regular office hours (9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) from Monday through Friday, until November 22, 2019.
At the Public Hearing all persons who deem themselves affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw. If you cannot attend the Public Hearing, all written submissions (mailed, or electronic) must be received by the Corporate Administrator by no later than 12:00 Noon on November 22, 2019.
