Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 3438, 2019 & Zoning Amendment Bylaw 3439, 2019 will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.
Purpose: To amend Quality of Life Official Community Plan and Long Range Land Use Map from Business Industrial to Residential designation, and City Zoning Bylaw Zoning Map from RM2 – Multi Family Residential Zone to M1 – Light Industrial Zone on the lands described below.
Affected Lands: Lot 2 District Lot 251 Range 5 Coast District Plan 11628 (Property formerly known as Neptune Inn on Chamberlin Ave)

A copy of the Bylaw and relevant background documentation may be inspected at the City of Prince Rupert City Hall during regular office hours (9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) from Monday through Friday, until May 10, 2019.
At the Public Hearing all persons who deem themselves affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw. If you cannot attend the Public Hearing, all written submissions (mailed, or electronic) must be received by the Corporate Administrator by no later than 12:00 Noon on May 10, 2019.
