Notice of Community Information Meeting Pursuant to the City of Prince Rupert Zoning Bylaw Amendment Process, James & Corrine Warburton will be hosting a community information meeting at The Lester Centre of the Arts, 1100 McBride St, Prince Rupert BC, V8J 3H2 April 10th, 2019.
The purpose of the community meeting is to provide information about the application to amend the Prince Rupert Zoning Bylaw for 1051 Chamberlin Avenue, Legal Description L2 DL 251 R5 PL 11628, to M1 (light industrial) zoning from RM2 (Multiple Family Residential Zoning).
The intent of the property re-zoning is to serve as travel accommodation with a restaurant.
The meeting will consist of an Open House with the opportunity for Questions and Answers. Floor plans will be available for viewing.
